This is an all day Health Care Symposium planned for Wednesday, October 6th, and are anticipating over 500 people through the course of the day.
The Symposium will be held in two sessions:
The Morning Session will be directed to the community. Residents of Independent and Assisted Living communities, as well as their adult caregivers, are welcome during the morning session. Print a flyer to share with people you care about!Exhibition 8-9 a.m., Lectures 9 a.m.- Noon.
What happens when we go to the hospital? What are the choices when we come out? Where is the best place to go and what is out there to keep me safe and well taken care at home?
The Afternoon Session will be presented to health care professionals. CME credit available. Registration
is from Noon-1 p.m., Lectures 1- 4:30 p.m. Print an Agenda to share with your health care colleagues.
Learn from respected Physicians how to deal with real life issues regarding changing health issues for patients and care givers. What an opportunity to have a panel of Physicians and Professionals that are there just to answer your questions!
